Chef Marino is the best. An insane part of the dining experience - first time this has happened in all two decades of life. The man came up to me and said don't look at the menu, tell me what u want to eat and I can make it. Of course many things on the house - zucchini, and the amazing creme brûlée. Torching it in front of us and having us crack through the caramel to reveal fluffy cream eggs underneath. Blew my mind.
He made great conversation about his learnings and opinions on random things. Be prepared to talk with the chef - I had the best Alfredo fettuccine ever. He said his tomato sauce was better so I'll be back for that.
