| - THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. They are liars, thieves, and incredibly RUDE. My husband and kids and I lived here for 15 months & DURING THAT TIME the refrigerator froze our food and ruined it causing us to have to throw all of it away at LEAST FOUR TIMES. the best part? THEY DID NOTHING. Maintenance would show up and "fix" it but the problem remained until finally one of them did it right but by that point we were moving out. I am not kidding when I say HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS worth of food went to waste. In addition, parking is TERRIBLE, but that goes without saying if you read the other reviews. Not to mention my sister in law was staying with us for the weekend and wanted to use their lounge area to study for her PCAT and they were SO RUDE and would not let her enter the room. Oh and don't bother calling them bc they NEVER ANSWER.
On to the next issue. We moved out in January. I spent THREE DAYS cleaning that apartment and making sure everything was perfect so we wouldn't get charged too much. We hired a carpet cleaner who charged us $90 so that he could remove stains, condition the carpet, etc. besides a broken door and some broken blinds, which we were expecting to get charged for, there was nothing wrong with the apartment. I called them two days before asking if I could schedule a walk through bc our carpet cleaner said "these people will take your money even if you clean your carpet." He warned me and said that he did a phenomenal job cleaning someone's carpet and they changed the person $300!!!!!!! I didn't believe him honestly but Anyway, a couple weeks after we move out, I didn't receive a bill so I called them and they said they didn't have my address even though j changed my address and gave them the new one. Anyway.. A week after that I get a call from a DEBT COLLECTOR SAYING MY BILL IS THERE NOW. really????? Anyway, the bill is almost $700. I asked them to tell me what we were charged for and they said $300 FOR CARPET CLEANING & all these other random charges like for microwave and oven??? I am obsessed with cleaning and kept those spotless so idk why I was charged. I tried talking nicely to the debt collectors for them to take it off for me and they YELLED AND SCREAMED AT ME. SOOO INCREDIBLY RUDE. I contacted the office again and they said there's nothing they could do bc we didn't show them proof of the carpet cleaning. This is absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS. They are overpriced, lack professionals with any sort of knowledge on customer service, are terrible maintained, and just want to steal your money. I will NOT be paying them A PENNY until they resolve my issue.
