To the ones questioning "what's with the negative reviews?" it's simple: Edgepark is incompetent. I filled out my form online, insurance is contracted with them and covers breast pumps 100%, great should be easy. Wrong. It's been two weeks and Edgepark is still "pending authorization from my doctor and or health insurance." My OB has already sent a script and completed the authorization and my insurance has already sent them the authorization as well. Whenever I speak to a customer service rep they just repeat what they read on the screen instead of doing any sort of investigating to help me figure out what's going on. I was told Edgepark would take care of everything, that I don't need to worry about anything. That is the biggest lie and at 39 weeks pregnant I shouldn't have to be calling around figuring out what documentation they need-they should be following up with the necessary parties in order to get my order processed and shipped! I should NOT have to do their job. If I could cancel my order and go through another company I would but at this point it is just too late and I have to suck it up and pray that Edgepark gets their crap together and sends me my pump sometime this year.
