  • Customer service is absolutely horrible. Have yet to deal with sales but don't plan on it, got transferred to 5 different people just to ask a service question. Had a horrible experience a couple years ago when I brought my charger in for a recall because the starter had an issue and it took them an entire month to fix the starter, they kept telling me it would be done in a couple days which led to over a month of constantly driving down there. They did not care less I was out of a car for a whole month. Years later and the service department is still just as bad, horribly run service department.
