  • Had some short term money issues and decided to try Cash1 - walked in and although AMBER was assisting a guest in front of me, she greeted me with a smile and thanked me for my patience while she finished up with the transaction before me. When it was finally my turn, AMBER greeted me once again with a smile and eye contact and asked how she could help. AMBER made the entire transaction and process so easy. She had a friendly attitude and engaged me in a conversation that not once I felt embarrassed that may come with taking out payday loan. To end the transaction - AMBER thanked me and extended a parting remark saying "have a great day" with a smile and eye contact. I wish I didn't run into money issues but thanks to AMBER - my day just got a whole lot better!!!
