  • This pub sells my favorite type of food to eat while drunk, which includes: sloppy poutine, nachos, burgers, and wings. In addition, it's always got a great selection of local beers. We went here lay night, Thursday night and partook in local news night which was 4 dollar drafts. We had 4 milk shake style beers that captured my heart. After getting nice and toasty, our waiter was supportive of us relocating to a pool table where we continued to try a few new beers. That was my kind of night. Anyways, here's the gist of it. Shakespeare's has a rotating selection of beers so I am always able to try something new. The food is great for a pub restaurant, but I come for the beer. Service is usually good, and there is something different each day. Wednesday's I think they have trivia and Fridays they do karaoke. There's always enough parking and a chill crowd. When I want to drink socially, this is my go to place.
