This place was definitely a nice break from the rest of the strip, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I came here around 11pm this past Saturday after seeing Le Reve at the Wynn hotel. We had booked the tickets months ago before the fight was even a concept and when hotel rates were amazing because no one was booking trips. Our plan was to avoid the crowds and this place appeared to be our best bet. It was recommended by our waiter, Adam, at Allegro in the Wynn.
Luckily my husband and I brought cigars from our favorite cigar bar back home because the cigars here were at least double the price we had paid. We went into the cigar room to see if something might catch our eye anyways and they were out of a lot of cigars so the selection was very small compared to what I am used to. The staff was great and very friendly so that made the night enjoyable and you can get a free draft or glass of champagne if you use the Yelp coupon which was nice. I was expecting a more laidback atmosphere, but that wasn't the case because they had a DJ going until around midnight on the patio and it was hard to carry on a conversation even inside the bar.
I'm not a big Vegas fan and only came to see a show so it was probably as good as it is going to get in Vegas, but I wasn't overly impressed as it doesn't have the normal cigar bar feel to it. I'd probably come back if I stayed at Wynn again because it is right across the street and they have a bridge so you don't have to use the crosswalk, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
I would however like to see if my opinion would have been different if I came during the day. It looks like the people who are raving about this location all came around that time of day and really enjoyed themselves.
