  • This place used to be good. Lately, the past year or so, since she opened the down town location, the ice cream has been subpar. The ice cream sandwiches have been beyond freezer burnt more times that is worth mentioning. When you mention it to them, they will give you another one, which is equally freezer burnt. I am disappointed. The other part that is not ideal is that often when you walk in, the owner's husband treats you like you will automatically steal something and they are not very friendly. I don't know how well they pay their employees and they are treated pretty poorly from the looks of it. On more than one occasion, we've witnessed the girls being barked at. The place was good and now the energy is not so great, it sort of ruins the flavour of the potentially good ice cream. Olenka is not so sweet.
