  • This is one of the worse property management companies ever. Even if you leave a place immaculate they will STILL charge you for cleaning of nearly $300.00 plus charged me for a replacement on a carpet for a room that was barely used? If your carpet was pulling away from BEHIND A DOOR then you have a crappy carpet and/or installer. Demand all items replaced back if they try and steal your deposit.
