  • So I purchased some work pants for my husband on a Saturday. During my shopping on Saturday I fond the same pants much cheaper so I returned them back to Kmomo the same day. They said I should receive my refund 1-3 business days....well 5 days later NOTHING !!!!!!!!! I called and spoke to the store manager Gabby she said she would call the 'Corporate Office " and would get back to me the next day. Well,l I just called and Ms. Gabby is not even there today...and I am pretty sure she knew she would be off today....shame on Ms. Gabby... I spoke to some other manager named Son and she said that Gabby gave me the wrong information and that they would have to call Visa with a copy of my bank statement . These people have lost their ever loving mind , if they think I a going to drop off my bank statement to them ....they are rude and very untrustworthy. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure no one ever shops there.....
