Bad customer service. We entered the busy bar and asked a bus boy what areas were open seating, he replied "any table without a reservation sign." Great. We sat down at a high top without a reservation sign, got menus, and then got kicked out by the waiter who says we should head over to the "inner" high top tables, as the table we sat out are actually not available. Great. Ok, so we headed to a high top, in the middle of the bar area (without a reservation sign) and then this time we were told by a manager that this table wasreserved as well. I advised the manager that TWO different staff members told us the high tops in the bar area were first come first serve. She said "well I don't know who told you that, but you cant sit here and you can get on the waiting list at the hostess stand." I understand if they need to reserve the high tops IN THE BAR, but they need to make sure their staff is aware of the seating guidelines so people like myself don't get shuffled around for half an hour getting treated like idiots. Won't be returning!
