  • Originally, I had planned on giving them 3 stars. The rooms admittedly are pleasant. However, the location (especially if it's hot) is a long walk from the strip in the hot sun (if it's summer). The layout is confusing, I had hoped to get a room in the unit near the pool but that didn't work out. Most importantly the attitude of the employees is sorely lacking. They provide guests with a series of coupons meant to entice you into gambling in their casino. The coupon states: $10 free slot play for new Tuscany players club members. You see these all the time in Vegas, trying to get you to join up their players clubs to gamble more. on the reverse of the coupon, it states "Receive $10 in free slot play for signing up at Tuscany Players club. new members only. Management reserves all rights. Not valid with any other offer". Expires 12/31/18. Upon checking in, I was given these coupons , and not told you have to use them while you are staying with us. Nor, do the coupons state this. I stayed with another hotel for part of my trip due to the location for the conference. The casino REFUSED to honor it, stating that I wasn't currently a hotel guest (Chris at the casino players club). Tara (manager at the hotel) pseudo-apologized but refused to get involved and assist. Chris stated she would have to talk to her supervisor who wasn't available for over 4 hours and there was no one she could call. So, I guess there are within their grounds with management reserves all rights. They can make up a policy (have to be staying there when you redeem), or perhaps they don't like the way you are dressed, your ethnicity, if you look like a real gambler or any myriad of reasons by the "Management reserves all rights" comment. Would I ever think of staying there/gambling there again in the future. No way. I have family members who have stayed there before (who won't again). Hopefully, fellow Yelp readers who don't like their attitude will follow suit as well. Plenty of other places to stay where they welcome your business.
