  • When this complex was run by Camden it was a lot better. Since the switching of owners this complex has become a dump. None of the staff that was at this complex is here now. All the office staff was let go, which is a shame since they were very nice and helpful. Now no one cares in there. We have notified the staff several times of the water flowing down the parking lot when the sprinklers are turned on. And nothing has been done about it, except charging the people of the complex more money each month for the water waste! The pipe work that was done was a fucking joke! Stuff torn up all over the place and my poor mother who uses a walker had a hell of a time trying to move around her own apartment. Even after the pipes were replaced the drainage still is terrible. Also the faucet that we have reported for several months has still not been replaced. Oh and lets not forget the lease paperwork they had the tenants sign. I have never seen so many things they want to charge the renter for if its not perfect upon move out. People need to stay far away from this complex! And it's not like this place is cheap either. My mother pays over $900 a month to this place. Oh and lets not forget the part where they charge people to pay their rent unless they go to the front office to pay. Which is no big deal unless you use a walker and going out and about is difficult!
