| - Management here is a collective, fat liar. AC quits repeatedly in the summer and that's just the start of #CabanaLife. Just don't live here guys, just don't. Laurie is the worst, not only is she bad at being an honest person, but she's bad at her job as well. Approving crack heads, meth cooking, drug dealing low life tenants move right in allowing their businesses to thrive. Then she picks on the tenants that don't have drug problems cause we are easy targets. Our minds haven't been shackled to drug addiction and we still have our teeth in our mouths. Laurie chain smokes out back while her lemmings post notices on our doors. Fees for this or that. I even came home to an eviction threats posted on my door, signed by who else? Manager Laurie.
I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do drugs. But this doesn't stop Cabana from posting threats on my door stating that I had a party in the middle of the night and apparently started a drunken fight then went on to pin some community damage on me as well. What? How? Why?
Easy target. If they cared about me as a tenant, they'd pin this on the true culprit, the drug dealing alcoholic a few doors down. The one who leaves 40 oz bottles all over the place. But they won't confront this guy, cause he'd have a melt down, cops would have to show up (again) to deal with it and they really just want to keep all this quiet. So stick it on the employed, easy target so they can quietly sweep it under the rug.
Just think about this as the tip of the iceberg, this is just the start of what you deal with living here. If you use drugs, move on in, Laurie will give you the stamp of approval. If you're respectable and feel you deserve the right to having the same as neighbors and landlords, look elsewhere.
