After a failed attempt to refinance my home loan with US Bank, W Lake Mead branch, I came to this branch to try again since the interest rate was appealing. I own several properties and have refinanced many times, but my experience with this bank was the worst I've ever had. What I found through the process was that the staff is incompetent, inexperienced and, worst of all, lack common sense. After I could no longer put up with their insanity, I cancelled my loan. Subsequently, I contacted via email district managers Judy Garcia and Judie Verb to complain about my horrible experience. As of this writing, no response. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else to refinance your property. Save yourself time, effort and frustrations.
