The Apple Store is very appealing because it has a lot tables of gadgets that you can try, accessories, and so forth. There is no central register, so any of the Apple salespeople can help with questions and also help you pay for your items. That's a nice convenience that I have also noted in other stores lately. Since there are plenty of sales people on the floor, you should be able to check out easily with any of them and not have to wait in line. The representatives were very helpful. My one complaint is that I went to bring back an iPhone cord which was under a year warranty and I was told I needed to wait to talk with a tech person. Since my warranty could be looked up under my email address, I would have thought it would be a quick and easy transaction and exchange for a new cord. When I went into the store, the line for the tech-support was over two hours so I ended up leaving. The salesperson told me that a I could book an appointment, but I feel for something as simple as this, tech support shouldn't have to be involved. We're not talking about a big priced item such as an iMac. I realize this isn't the salespersons' problem; they are just following Apple procedures.
