| - I'm a fan of the Plaza; this was my 2nd time being there, 1st time officially staying there. The Plaza is at the end (or could be the start?) of The Fremont Street Experience.
We checked in on a Friday afternoon, staff and attendance service was great. Check in was smooth and easy. We were placed in room 1001 in the north tower, the room was great, nice and roomy, the view was lacking it was facing the desert & freeway. But hey we were not in the room for the view.
The room did not have a coffee machine, and the bathroom sink ran hot, hotter, hottest, rarely ever cool. But those were the down sides to the stay. On a plus thought, the room does not have a mini fridge, unless you ask for one and then you will be charged per night for one, but if you need the fridge to keep your medicine in, they provide you one for free. That's a good tip to know.
We valet parked the car every time, and valet was friendly and kind, when we were ready to leave the valet ticket was misplaced we could not find it, so we had to wait for security to come and verify the car was ours, other than that everything was flawless.
I enjoyed my stay at The Plaza, and wouldn't mind staying again.
