  • WARNING! Don't even waste your time!!! They will try to charge you for everything even if you have insurance. I swear if I could give them a NO STAR I would! DON'T DO IT. I promise. I have had such a TERRIBLE experience with them. Save your money cause they won't even do a cleaning with you. They make you pay for the X-rays and oral exams and they didn't even do anything after that. I felt like there was nothing done & I paid $75 for just the X-rays and for them to tell me what was wrong with my teeth. Apparently after the doctor diagnoses you with a deep cleaning "you don't qualify for a general cleaning" they could have done a general cleaning like they said, it would have been free but they didn't because they wanted to charge me for a deep cleaning instead. They're literally jerks making me waste my time. The dentist office that I was going to had said that RADIANT SMILES sent my dentist X-rays as a PDF file. The hygenist at Dr. Roses office said that they wouldn't be able to diagnose with what they sent. They made me pay the $10 release fee and didn't even send it correctly! The receptionists are UNAPOLOGETIC and didn't even try to help with the situation. They just said "THEIR DIRECTOR ONLY ALLOWS THEM TO SEND IT AS A PDF FILE". I asked them to send it over now because I came to their office to straighten things out and they don't even do that. They have to consult with the "director" first. This place is a big JOKE.
