Signed up for this club and then realized it was way more expensive than the one in Tempe so I submitted a cancellation within 24 hours. The manager refused to give me my payment back. I escalated it to another manager and he said he wouldn't give me a refund but offered to get my nails done at the spa. It took two letters and three calls to corporate just to get my payment back. Not to mention after awhile the managers at this club just flat out ignored my calls and emails. It took almost four months and a lot of effort to get this resolved.
It was an extremely frustrating process to say the least. I used to be a huge fan of lifetime but this club definitely made me never want to sign up there ever again. Such a shame.
