  • I called this evening roughly 5 minutes before they closed, crying my head off because my dog was dying in my arms after seizuring and falling off the bed, they said "sorry we close in 5 minutes" and referred us somewhere else. I get that they were about to close, but like there was no sympathy, nothing.
