WOW! We had to take our cat in for an injured paw and her annual (she was a rescue). When you walk in, you are greeted by an amazing trio of friendly cats and the receptionist. She was upbeat, professional and knowledgeable. The one cat, Archie, sat on the chair next to my husband just totally chillaxin'!
The doctor (Dr. Grant) is personable and funny. He was so gentle with Kati that she was comfortable enough to jump on the desk with him and rub against him. His assistant Robin was also super sweet. They were unbelievably gentle, I cannot stress that enough. I had taken my other cat to the Banfield vets at a Petsmart and they were rough.
Also, his pricing is beyond reasonable. We were afraid that we would have a $300 vet bill, nope not the case at all. He was very conscientious to the fact that we were worried about the cost, without voicing anything. They were great in explaining out our concerns and gave suggestions. He also did not rush into the costly or unnecessary treatments. I am happy to have had them recommended to us and couldn't imagine having taken them elsewhere. Even if you have to make a 30 minute drive, do it. Scaredy Cat Hospital is worth it!
