  • They have good products like other stores, but the service is horrible. Some of the employees just talk to each other and ignore you. One when I went to the store to get a headset, it took 5 people to actually lead me to the headset. And when I went to return something at the counter, two people that were there ran off into the employee room not to deal with me. Honestly, I need to find a better bestbuy.
