| - Unfortunately, this is at least the second time I've had a bad experience with Metro Toyota. The first time, I purchased a new corolla, and they didn't include floor mats for the car. What a mess that turned out to be, and it was not a pleasant experience dealing with management. In the end, I ended up buying my own mats.
Thinking I would give them a second chance, I received a promotional email from them about another new car I am in the market for. The "internet manager" Elizabeth Easley was slow to respond back, and when she did, she did not include half of my questions, she just told me to call her. Well I did call her to talk about the car. Boy oh boy was that an interesting conversation. Not only was she EXTREMELY rude, but she actually ridiculed me for bargaining (Yeah, I forgot, I was supposed to just give in and buy at your price, right?) and sighed, huffed and puffed on the phone, all while typing away at other emails/or whatever she was doing on her computer while talking to me.
Gee, thanks for the attention to a potential customer buddy.
It's official now, I'm done w/ Metro Toyota. I'm buying from the dealer who was $160 cheaper OTD, and who was professional, courteous, and deserved the sale.
