I always wait till the weekend to go back to Richmond Hill for this...
A family friend suggested this place and since I no longer worked in a coffee shop, I decided it was time to get a manicure. I came with my mother on a snowy Sunday evening (mother-daughter bonding time). Haley did a wonderful job on my nails and was very knowledgeable, hard working, and rational. Although my Chinese is not the greatest, speaking with her here has potential to improve my proficiency. She also clarified several times before the session and during the session so she wouldn't have to unfairly charge me for something I didn't know about. As mentioned in another review, she was open to anything and there was no awkwardness when you decide to do shellac ($15) instead of biogel ($30+ I believe). Huge colour selection, clean, spacious. Tip: you definitely do have to call ahead and book an appointment with a specific person (unless you haven't been here before). Also, remember to tip ! I still have to try their other services but I do recommend this place for manicures!
Apparently, they have groupons as well but I'm currently doing the stamp card instead (buy 10-12, get 1 free I think)
