  • Why didn't I read the reviews??? So I thought I give CVS pharmacy another chance, everyone deserves a second chance right? Well let's just say that I was bamboozled by the kind helpful person on the phone that was very helpful and nice. So when I picked up my prescriptions it was a good experience and I was told one of them was out of stock and wouldn't be ready until the next day after 3. This is where the 2 stars come should be 1 but like I said it was part two of my experience so I'll be nice. Let me just say if your tired of your job, don't have good customer service skills, or your just a unhappy person don't work in a pharmacy! I pull up ask for prescription she ( pharm tech M ) says we are actually out of it! Ok I was told yesterday to come back after 3. Well we don' t have it ummm ok well can you check if any other cvs has it ? I don't know this area so I don't know where another one is. UmmmOk here is the zip code can you check now? There was no one behind me or in line so I wasn't holding anyone up. Why don't you just buy the over the counter? Wait what did you just say...So thank goodness glass was between us because Pharm Tech M was about to get cussed out! I tried one more time to be polite and just asked if she could send the prescription to another CVS pharmacy. After she heard the tone of my voice she figured she better do something so let's just say she needs a reality check on customer service! I can't wait to see her again and see if the attitude is the same!
