VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! It was my friends first time going to Dutch Bro's & I had been raving about how good the customer service & drinks are (from other Dutch locations). It was my first time going to the Tempe location and I was dissapointed with the lack of customer service. The guy that took our order in the "drive thru" didn't smile or greet us nicely. I even told him it was my friends first time ever coming to Dutch and he simply said "oh cool" seriously?!! He gave no suggestions, no attempt to make a conversation he simply wanted to take our order fast and go on to the next car. My friend & I both felt rush because I wanted to try something new and my friend wanted to see all the options, but we weren't given that as we were pressured into making a choice fast. After making our final decision he read the total and I gave him my debit card to pay & he simply swipes it and hands it back and as he walks away says "thanks". AGAIN, no smile, no attempt to make a conversation AT ALL! We then move to the next station to pick up the drinks and the girl that handed them didn't even say "hi" she just handed us the drinks & said "have a good one" but in a non-friendly manner. My friend & I had such a horrible experience & I will be contacting the manager or corporate office to make a complaint because that is simply unacceptable. HORRIBLE!! Never going back to that location & don't recommend anyone to go there! Go to the one on Thunderbird or Camelback you pay for your drink +service there
