| - I've been a member of Lifetime for over 4 years, mainly in the D.C. metropolitan area. I used lifetime literally everyday. All the perks and benefits was worth the $90 membership. When I moved to Summerlin a year ago, i was thoroughly impressed with the quality of this diamond club. It literally has everything, no need to repeat it all. But at $150 a month, I'll pass. I'm a get in get out kind of person, I would never use any of the other amenities. I did love the cafe and the saunas and jacuzzis. I was already used to having the shampoos, conditioners, and soaps that were readily available. If you're not gonna spend two hours a day here, one hour for workout, 1 hour for everything else, you're wasting your money. The cost of living here versus D.C. Is no comparison, so maybe that reflects the pricing. Quite frankly the weight area is too small. Plenty of cardio machines but if a gym really knew what was better for your overall body, they'd have more free weights than anything. Canceling my membership was quite easy, I wasn't going to pay $150 and they weren't budging to keep a loyal member. There's a lot of pretentious people here, I get it, it's luxurious. To each his own.
