  • Truly great service! I am new to the West Valley, so this was my first experience with Suburban Transport. I travel constantly for my work... I fly 2 - 3 times a month, all over the US... so I have some experience with car services. This was absolutely five star service, and among the very best service I've EVER experienced anywhere from a reliability and communications standpoint. From the reservation, to the text messages, to the phone calls all the way to the follow up, Suburban was outstanding. I expect to be a regular customer.
