  • So much fun. This was a blast--we did the Heels vs. Devils game and loved it. The game was challenging, but not to a point of frustration. You truly have to work as a team to get through the room. They have multiple room options so you're able to find one that really appeals to your group. When you first enter Escape Tactic you are welcomed in a large parlor area that opens into a even larger lobby. The lobby is comfortable with plenty of seating, the lighting is warm and the color scheme is bright and inviting. They have lockers available to leave your stuff while you are in the escape room which is really convenient. Also located in the lobby is a cooler with Golden Cow Creamery ice cream if you need a sweet treat after you're done! The management was incredibly friendly and helpful, they answered any and all questions and openly welcomed any suggestions on how to improve. The customer service alone is a reason to check this place out. I love how they have created positive relationships with local businesses too--that really shows what kind of people the owners are! I love seeing local help local!
