The first time I came here it was a very unpleasant experience. I let the manager know how I felt and he told me that is not how business is usually conducted at Camelback Toyota. He told me to come back and my service would be on them. I wasn't going to go back until I read the next day that him and his team went over training on what I had experienced and how it could be avoided in the future. I decided to give it another shot and took my vehicle in. I was treated very respectfully and was taken care of by Braxton. It was a great experience and I'm glad I came back.
