  • The owner of this shop Kent caters to his friends and long time customers as opposed to new customers. I tried his one day $5 rental program and things were fine. I wanted to use that same racquet again, but it was out for over a month long with the same person. I kept calling and calling and Kent kept saying "I'm trying to get it back" He never offered an apology and it was obvious he was lying to cover up the fact that his friend had the same racqeut out for that long when the longest time the demo is supposed to be out is 5 days. The shop feels old and cramped and smelled musty and the merchandise in the back is not modern or new. Scottsdale has two of the worst tennis shops - sad for such an affluent area.
