| - Eight months ago, I made a decision which I now consider one of the best decisions of my life. I was far from being a physically fit person. I have had a regular gym membership, like many people do. I would go there regularly for a few months, and then due to one reason or another, I would not go there for many days, weeks, or months. Being in my forties now, I was finding it harder to motivate myself to make my health a priority in my life. Joining Orenda Force has changed all that for me. I have been going their regularly twice a week. When I met Kolton (the owner), I was really impressed by the fact that I felt no pressure in terms of him trying to sell or upsell me anything. The conversation was all about how he and his team could help me feel better about myself. Kolton is a great listener as well as one of the nicest human beings I have come across. He is a true professional and very easy to work with. I always get a full hour of really nice workout, where I am given a diverse set of simple exercises to do. The trainer first demos those exercises and then makes sure I am doing them the right way throughout the session. Physical improvements aside, I really appreciate how these sessions have a positive impact on my mental health as well. I get out of the session really feeling good about myself, full of positive energy and motivation. I have worked with other trainers there, such as Gavino and Nicole and since they have all been extremely helpful and good, it is impossible for me to pick a personal favorite. Another plus that this gym offers is free personal nutrition planning/management, which can exponentially increase the impact on your fitness goals. I have had other gym memberships, but nothing has worked better than Orenda Force for me.
