So sick of dealing with this place. My vet outsources our 16yr old dog compounded pain/seizure medication because for some reason they can't fill compound medications in house in West Hollywood, CA. I have make sure I order my refills at least two weeks in advance to make sure my dog doesn't have to go without because no one ever calls if there is a problem or send confirmation emails that they have received and refilled my order. It would die of shock if I ever received a tracking number to know when I actually would get my meds.
Every time I've dealt with someone on the phone it's been great but I am tired of having to always follow up. I never feel that I can just order my meds and not worry about it.
