Maxon Air is seems to be incompetent. They were assigned to us by Home Warranty of America. Numerous visits and they still could not fix the problem. Maxon kept throwing parts at the problem, none of which worked. They first came out August 12th and we still have no air.
We hired a our own service provider and they documented the shotty work, fire hazards and diagnosed a completely different issue that Maxon never mentioned in all 3 invoices.
BTW, this is the 3rd review now after the first two kept being taken down.
We will be filing a BBB complaint, Consumer Affairs complaint with the state and possible further action pending word from HWA.
