| - I have purchased 2 new Fords this year an Explorer in May from Surprise Ford and a F150 in august from Jones Ford Buckeye. I can tell you the 2 dealers are like night and day. Jones Ford by far is a superior place to buy a vehicle, Jones does not play the typical dealer games that I have experience at other dealers. I wish I would have purchased my other vehicle from Jones (LIVE and LEARN).
On the day I bought my vehicle I had visited 3 other Ford dealers in one in Goodyear, 2 in Phoenix (1 on Bell/87th & 1 on Camelback/16st), and I know that when I went to Jones I had an attitude because of the other dealerships that love to waste your time. don't listen about what vehicle you are looking, and only try to tell you they can get any car from any dealer just so you don't leave. Jones Ford didn't waste my time.
After arriving at Jones Ford I was shortly greeted By Mark Palmer, and although he does internet sales all the other sales people were busy and he helped me. Told Mark I had all ready walked the lot gave him the pic of the sticker, he got the keys, we took a short test drive, got back and completed my sale in about hour. The process at Jones Ford was absolutely 360 degree different and better then dealing with surprise Ford. He made me feel welcome by listening to what I was looking for, rather then playing the dealership BS routine that most place play with you.
Jones Ford did not have all of the dealer add-on's that are over priced fluff, and because of this they won my business. They may have earned a few dollars less, but again I will say they won my business.
They are out of they way, they may have a smaller inventory, and they don't have hidden cars in the back lot, BUT ARE WORTH THE DRIVE.
Please see my review I left for Surprise Ford it tells you of my terrible experience I had with them.
