  • It was my first time coming here and so far my nails are great! Kingston did my nails and he was very precise and particular. He took his time and didn't try and just rush through my appointment so that he could take another client like I've experienced at other nail salons. He stated he was fairly new so I hope he sticks around for awhile! Nick (I believe his name is) the manager was extremely nice and funny. He checked up a few times during my appointment to make sure things were going. He is extremely adamant about fixing things that are wrong. A client walked in with a broken nail and gel lifting and he insured her many times that it'll be fixed and not to worry, even though she had HIGH doubts. The staff on the other hand really disappointed me. Reason being that they were talking bad about a client that had just left the salon. It makes you wonder what and if they say anything about you when you leave. I feel that it's really unprofessional to do that when you have clients in the salon still, it makes for an extremely awkward environment. I think my only advise if you go there would be to be very particular about want you want and ask what they offer because it seems there's multiple options. For instance I had pink and white acrylics done and don't get me wrong I LOVE them but the arch is really high I've never had it like that before but I'm sure if I asked they probably would of had a lower arch cutter. Maybe next time. Hopefully the product is great and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they don't lift!
