I've been going here for about a year and a half.
The good:
-The staff I've dealt with has been friendly and professional.
-They take my insurance and helped me arrange my appointments to maximize the insurance coverage and minimize out of pocket costs.
-They have Saturday appointments available (although they fill up pretty fast)
-They cater to kids (they even have a play area for the little ones)
-They're willing to explain what they're doing, how they're doing it, what the tools are they're using, etc... if you ask.
The bad:
-The waiting room furniture isn't great, and some of it is occasionally sticky (a side effect of having a lot of little kids come through I guess)
-The exam/procedure rooms are more cubicles than rooms, and you can hear other procedures going on in other areas.
-They seem to have some staff turnover, the dentist that started working on my teeth is gone now, and I pretty much never see the same assistant twice.
-Appointments are sometimes farther apart than I'd like. Some of that is insurance-related, some is just because they're busy.
