  • I've gone several times and each time it gets worse. We just walked out after being COMPLETELY ignored for 10 minutes. We were literally the only people in the place and the employee on duty was 15 feet from us. I'm willing to pay more elsewhere. Makes it easy to see why Sears is struggling.
