Thank you to Elias for getting me into my very first Audi. He was very knowledgable and showed me cars that only fit within my budget. He wasn't pushy which was my favorite part. His counter parts Petar and Aurther were great too. They helped push through my lease transaction and registration with ease! Ask for Elias when you head to the dealership!
12/28/16 I am doing an edit and follow up to this review as I have now had the vehicle for 6 months and things have changed since the day that I purchased and wrote the review. I was told that ALL bills would be covered from my previous lease and though the final payment was made on my Lexus, Petar and Elias stated that there wasn't any wear and tear on the Lexus I was told that if there was it would be minimal (which it was $100 and some change) and that Audi would cover it all. My final bill came around and I have sent off the bill to the dealership and I have followed up 3 times with no reply or payment. I don't care so much about the payment, it's the promise and customer service that I am expecting to receive from a luxury vehicle brand that disappoints me the most.
I have since relocated to CA and my car has been in the shop now for over a week for check engine lights that were coming on the dash board and a few other electronic issues such as the doors not locking, blue tooth problems and transmission pull back. I was given a loaner car with 70 miles in the tank and I was expected to fill it. I continue to follow up and I have yet had a clear answer from the tech department as to what is happening with the vehicle. Needless to say I am regretting my lease and wish I could get back into my Lexus.
