The people are very friendly, but they charged me over $100 for antibiotics. That is ridiculous. I adopted my dog from the Humane Society, which is why I initially came here. They do have good hours, which is helpful for people with nine-to-five jobs. But $68 for them just to look at my dog's torn nail seems insane to me.
Update: after hardly looking at my dog's torn nail, they told me it should not be an issue and just threw $100 antibiotics at it. Now it's one week later and his nail ripped in half. I was bothered by their dismisiveness about the issue at the time. I suppose I should have spoken up at the time despite asking several times if the vet thought it might split and being told no. I trusted the Vet's medical judgement and justified the high bill because of it, but it clearly was not correct. One vet also stated my dog had cataracts, but another said he was fine. The inconsistency, dismissiveness and high cost mean I will never give them my business again.
