If I could give zero stars I would. My one star would be for the tech that took my payment because she was nice and attentive. When we went in we were not greeted and everyone looked annoyed and was very dismissive. When I went to the front desk the rep was inattentive, having side conversations, answering telephones as I was still speaking to her, and walked off to go in the back while still talking with her back turned. My pupillary distance wasn't measured so the glasses keep sliding. I was from out of town and although they asked for my address they would not mail my glasses to me and said anyone could come pick them up. I'm glad I had family in the area. They also said they would call when the glasses were ready but did not so I called them about two weeks after and they were in. Sad, just sad. Not Americas Best by any means and should consider changing their name.
