  • Don't go here. Just don't. This review is about Sales, not Service. My experience with service was always good. 1. Offered me $9K BELOW value for my trade. 2. When putting numbers in front of me for a new car, Salesman "forgot" what the APR being calculated was. This, after three trips to his finance manager. 3. Made a comment regarding my husband and the car payment and how "he can afford to pay it!" 4. Treated me like I was an idiot. Kept asking me if I "understood the math." I understood it plenty. I was going to get hosed if I bought a car here. After walking out, I reached out to a Toyota Salesman I did business with back East. He ran numbers that came back SIGNIFICANTLY less, and I could have the car shipped here and still come in at a better deal than what Right put in front of me. Scares me to think of how many times a day this place screws people over. Lesson learned. Not all Toyota dealers are the same. And go somewhere else. Anywhere else. (UPDATE: Ended up purchasing a car from Camelback Toyota - MUCH better experience.)
