  • Kurt and his team did an excellent job with our carpet install, the pricing was stellar compared to his competition and the installation went smoothly. The only concern we had was the lack of communication. There was a delay getting our job started due to unforseen circumstances, which I totally understood but other jobs had to be put on hold and out move in took much longer. This could have been avoided with a phone call and better communication. That being said, we are very happy and would recommend KR to our friends. Definitely would have been 5 stars otherwise!
