Absolutely the worst customer service for subscribers ever. I got a subscription for my mother. The paper wasn't delivered for more days than it was delivered. Whenever I'd call to complain, they promise delivery (which never happened.) The promises were meaningless. When I recently cancelled, they begged for "another chance", I told them that they had used up their last chance (I warned them in previous call.)
In these days of declining subscribers, you would think the Toronto Star would want to hold on to its subscribers. Unfortunately, they seem to think subscribers will put up with terrible service. No, don't recommend to anyone unless you are willing to spend all your time calling because they don't deliver the product for which you paid. Avoid.
