  • Dr. McLindsay was very open, courteous and professional. My husband and I were quite apprehensive when we first went in for my consultation. Dr. McLindsay put us right at ease. She asked good questions, explained everything, answered all our questions and did a thorough exam (including removing wax from my ear canal) and hearing test. You get to see everything on her computer monitor and she explains what she is doing and why. The graph showing the hearing test results were very enlightening and clearly showed why I am having a hard time hearing in many circumstances. She was not pushy at all and let us know she would help me in any way when I was ready. Front desk very friendly and helpful. If you are having difficulty hearing, I highly recommend you see Dr. McLindsay at East Valley Audiology.
