  • I have been to this Blue Beacon a few other occasions over the last year and they have done an okay job but today the crew was the slowest I've ever seen. They could not even do a simple trailer washout without having a supervisor to have to do the entire thing again because the two gentlemen doing it didn't do it correct. Subsequently I could not wait any longer and decided to leave. I use Blue Beacon around the country and I'm usually very satisfied with their experience but obviously this crew does not care about keeping customers.
