  • Worst gym ever! What a mistake I made signing up for an account here! They have never gotten my billing straightened out. I got a call the first month stating I was late. I have excellent credit and am not late on payments so I went in to find out what was going on, especially since they called me by the wrong name on the phone. I paid when I got there, was reassured such a thing would not happen again. I went to my bank and was told they never tried to take money out. The following month, while sick in the hospital they kept calling me and calling me the other person's name, told me I was late. Talk about unnecessary stress added to a bad situation. I went in and paid on my debit card when I got out and was able to get enough energy to get there. This time I brought my bank documents (routing number, etc). Again, they promised it would not happen again. The third month, I got phone call after phone call stating I was again late, calling me by another name. I went in to close my account and they refused. They even said that they had not reported my banking information. So now my banking information is out there with a customer service agent of the gym to do with as she pleases, the bank is not being asked for funds and they now want to collect late fees from me while calling me another name. The staff is so-so about their service. There is no real one-on-one personal training. The chair massage is maxed at 7 minutes. I hate this gym. I would tell everyone and anyone to skip out on them and go to a more recognized name such as LA Fitness. You will only pay $9 more a month and get a lot more from your gym. Plus, hopefully save yourself the headache.
