  • We've been here for three years, we do love the location, it's right off the 10/Elliot and everything is very near-by. Maintenance has always taken care of whatever small issues we have, however, i will say, i have NEVER EVER lived in a community where the water is SHUT OFF so so very often... it's ridiculous, I hate waking up in the morning afraid that the hot water or the water completely won't come out... they often have to shut it off for maintenance, broken pipes, back flow or pipes being stolen (they installed cages around them since). I walked in the other day to pick up a package and this lady was complaining with manager and I heard the manager say they had not had any issues with any other tenants, that no tenants had talked to her in regards to this issue... BULLSHIT! OMG I JUST EMAILS THAT THE WATER WAS SHUT OFF!! Seriously!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have no water!!!! Here's screenshots of emails... AND THATS NOT EVEN ALL OF THEM!
