The mall at Robinson happens to be the closest mall to where I live. It is basically a mall for teens and kids. There are many stores that cater to them such as American Eagle, Gap,and Build a Bear workshop to name a few. They are anchored by Macy's and Penney's. They do have a very nice Dick's sporting goods that encompasses two levels.
The mall is surrounded by many chain restaurants and nearby is a large strip mall (Robinson towne center) that has been there longer than this mall. I normally go there if I have a coupon or want to avoid dealing with Ross Park Mall or South Hills Village. It does have a nice Bath and Body store along with an expanded Victoria's Secret.
It is one of the few malls where you can "charge" your electric car parking if you happen to own one. In the center of the mall is a huge Starbucks and lounge area so you can watch the passers by. The only restaurant inside the mall itself is Houlihan's. Traffic can be a nightmare due to the number of eatery's in close proximity to it.
It definitely is a mall for the "teen scene."
