  • Do NOT, repeat NOT buy a car from these clowns. We were out of state buyers. Bought a car from them and told them we were going to register it out of state. They charged us NV sales tax and sent the paperwork to Nevada DMV for processing. Nevada DMV says they can't process the title and registration because we live out of state and that the dealership simply needs to ask for the paperwork back and to reprocess the sale as an out of state sale, but the clowns that run Henderson Nissan refuse to do so. So we have a car that can't be registered with NO paperwork or title and almost $2000 in sales tax that has been collected but can't be paid to the state. MULTIPLE calls to them go unanswered. General manager Darren Johnson won't take a call. F&I manager John refuses to call back. Sales manager can't help Worst dealership experience EVER!
